About Better Retreat
We started Better Retreat because we needed it ourselves.
In 2014, two burnt-out friends rented a farmhouse in the Alentejo for a week, invited ten people and cooked every meal. Twelve years later we still host every retreat ourselves, and we still cap groups at fourteen.
