We keep our policy simple and fair. These are sample terms; adjust them to match your business.
Deposits
Your place is held once your 20% deposit is paid through our booking partner.
Cancelling
More than 90 days before arrival: full refund of your deposit
90 to 45 days before: 50% of the total is refundable
Less than 45 days before: non-refundable, but transferable
Transfers
You can transfer your place to a friend at no charge, or move to a future date once, subject to availability.
Waitlists
If a date is full, join the waitlist through the booking form. We offer released places in order and hold them for 48 hours.
If we cancel
If we ever need to cancel a retreat, you will receive a full refund or a credit for another date, whichever you prefer.
